Victor Sylvester 1930-2002
He graduated „Institutul de Arte Plastice Ion Andreescu” from Cluj-Napoca in 1955, where he studied with Miklossy, Kovacs and Béla Nagy Abodi. Debuted in 1955 in Petroșani. In 1960, Victor Sylvester exhibited at the Venice Biennale.
Victor Sylvester was representing Romania at Venice Biennale in 1960 in a group exhibition including: Paintings by George Petrașcu.
